Morgan requested a cherry chocolate chocolate cheesecake for her birthday cake. We've had a lot of cheesecakes, and I must say that it was FABULOUS!! It was a wonderful recipe found on allrecipes.com, called Chocolate Cheesecake I. We made it with a chocolate graham cracker crust, set the pan in foil and then in a water bath to bake as directed.
